About Wesley Sneijder

Wesley Sneijder is one of the most well-known Dutch soccer players in the world. Sneijder was the 2010 UEFA Midfielder of the Year. He has won everywhere he’s been. At Real Madrid, Scneijder won La Liga in his first season with the club. Internazionale won Serie A, the UEFA Champions League, the FIFA World Cup, and two Coppa Italia with him. Scneijder currently plays for Galatasaray and the team won a league title in his first year along with the Turkish Super Cup. He has competed in the 2006, 2010, and 2014 World Cups for the Netherlands and has 28 international goals. The Dutch finished runner-up at the 2010 World Cup and Scneijder won four Man of the Match awards. Scneijder started his club career with Ajax and when he was sold to Real Madrid, he became the second most expensive Dutch player. Both of his brothers have played for a club team in the Netherlands.
