About Trey Burke
Trey Burke plays professional basketball in the National Basketball Association with the Houston Rockets. Burke originally became best known to basketball fans while at the University of Michigan. In 2012, he was the Co-Big Ten Freshman of the Year. Burke became a more dominant force as a sophomore, earning nearly every national player of the year award and leading the Wolverines to the NCAA Tournament final.
Burke then made the transition to the NBA as he was selected ninth overall by the Utah Jazz. He was named to the All-Rookie First Team and was a double-digit scorer in each of his three seasons with the Jazz. Trey also won the 2014 NBA Skills Challenge competition during All-Star Weekend. He went on to play for several other teams before joining the Rockets in 2022.
