About Tracy Dildy
Tracy Dildy is a basketball coach at the collegiate level currently coaching the squad at Chicago State University. Before Tracy got into coaching he was a player himself. He played point guard in his college career and his work on the court helped lead the University of Illinois at Chicago team to success whenever he played. Following his college experience Dildy got a start in coaching in 1994 when he became an assistant at Ball State. From 1994 until 2010 Tracy worked for 6 different schools in an assistant role where he was able to gain valuable knowledge and develop his skill as a coach. Finally in 2010 he became a head coach for the first time at Chicago State. After just a few seasons under the tutelage of their new head coach, Tracy was able to lead his team to his biggest personal accomplishment as a coach, the 2013 Great West Tournament Championship.
