About Torah Bright
Torah Bright is a professional snowboarder. She began her career at an early age in the snowy mountains where she grew up. This experience helped her realize her passion for snowboarding and she began to hone her skills. Torah's first success came when she began competing in the Winter X Games where in the Superpipe competition she has won two silver medals in 2006 and 2008, and two gold medals in 2007 and 2009. Since then she has competed in international events including the 2013 FIS Snowboarding World Championships where she took home the bronze medal in the slopestyle competition. Torah has also had the chance to grace the snow at the Olympic Games. While there she earned a gold medal in 2010 and went on to win a silver medal in 2014. That silver medal in 2014 was the first medal won for Australia, and it also meant that Torah surpassed Alisa Camplin as Australia's most decorated Winter Olympics Athlete.
