About Tom Flick
Tom Flick began his six-year NFL career in 1981 with the Washington Redskins. Flick was a fourth round selection out of the University of Washington and became a hometown hero when he joined the Redskins. Over the course of his career he played with the New England Patriots, Cleveland Browns, San Diego Chargers and New York Jets, serving as a valuable team member and leadership on both the field and in the locker room. After his NFL career came to an end he joined the speaking circuit and became an expert on leadership and change, contributing valuable keynote addresses for organizations like Microsoft, Starbucks, Hallmark, American Express, NASA, Boeing and the Pentagon. Flick combines his NFL experience with knowledge of leadership that he has gained through a partnership with Kotter International, a leadership firm founded by Dr. John Kotter.
