About Stefon Diggs
Stefon Diggs has starred for four different teams. Diggs currently plays for the New England Patriots. He spent one season with the Houston Texans after a torrid four-year stretch with the Buffalo Bills. He was a two-time All-Pro with the Bills and made the Pro Bowl each season.
Diggs began his pro career with the Minnesota Vikings. In each of his final two seasons with the Vikings, Diggs went over 1,000 yards receiving. He quickly emerged as one of quarterback Teddy Bridgewater's favorite targets. In just 13 games during his rookie season of 2015, Diggs caught 52 passes for 720 yards and four touchdowns. His career got off to a quick start as he became the first player in NFL history to record at least 87 yards receiving in his first four games. After his standout season, Diggs was named to the Pro Football Writers Association's All-Rookie Team.
The Vikings selected him in the fifth round of the 2015 NFL Draft out of Maryland. Diggs was a star for the Terps, seeing playing time right off the bat as a true freshman. As a junior, he was named All-Big 10 second team by the coaches. Diggs is one of the top recruits to ever choose Maryland. He was a consensus five-star recruit in the Class of 2012.
