Ryan Grigson is a highly reputable football manager, currently serving as the manager for the Indianapolis Colts of the National Football League. As a former player himself, Grigson spent a short period of time on the Cincinatti Bengals and Detroit Lions roster in 1995 after playing college football at Purdue University. While the NFL did not work out for him as a player, he certainly found his knack when he went on to become a very well known professional coach and manager. Grigson commenced his new career as a professional scout for the Canadian football team, the Saskatchewan Roughriders. He then went on to become the assistant coach at McPherson College and for the Buffalo Destroyers before being hired by the National Football League for a second time around. Since 1999, Grigson has obtained a numerous amount of prestigious scouting positions for the St. Louis Rams and Philadelphia Eagles before becoming the general manager of the Colts in 2012. After putting the Colts back into the NFL playoffs following his first season as manager, Grigson was rewarded with Executive of the Year honors. He continues to lead the Colts to victory, using his experience and history with the sport of football to guide him.
