About Randy Hahn
Randy Hahn is a Canadian-American sportscaster and the longtime play-by-play announcer for the San Jose Sharks on NBC Sports California. He has held the position for over 30 seasons since becoming full-time in 1993, calling more than 2,000 NHL games with the team. With over 40 years in broadcasting, Hahn began his career at age 15 in Whitehorse, Yukon, and later worked in Vancouver, Edmonton, San Diego, Los Angeles, and Chicago. He helped form Pro Hockey San Jose, aiding the NHL expansion franchise's arrival. Known for his enthusiastic calls and distinctive voice, he has won multiple Emmy Awards and has also broadcast Stanley Cup Playoffs for TNT since 2022.
