AJ Mleczko is a former women’s ice hockey player and Olympic gold medalist who now serves as a hockey analyst for ESPN. She was a key member of Team USA’s gold medal-winning squad at the 1998 Winter Olympics and helped lead them to a silver medal in 2002. A standout at Harvard University, Mleczko won the Patty Kazmaier Award in 1999 as the top player in women’s college hockey. Following her playing career, she became a trailblazer in broadcasting, becoming the first woman to serve as an in-booth analyst for an NHL playoff game.
