Raheem Morris

Before going into coaching, Raheem Morris played for Hofstra University from 1994 to 1997. Raheem has been a defensive coach for the majority of his career. After a year at Hofstra as a graduate assistant, he began working as a defensive backs coach for Cornell. His big break came in 2002 when he was hired by the Buccaneers. While he has worked for several teams in his career, Raheem is best known for his work with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers where in 2007, Morris was responsible for returning the pass defense to the top in the league by seasons end. In 2009, Morris became the head coach for the Buccaneers and in his second season he led the team to a 10-6 record which nearly earned them a playoff berth. He went on to coach defensive backs for the Washington Redskins from 2012-2014 and spend six seasons on the Atlanta Falcons staff before taking the Los Angeles Rams defensive coordinator position in 2021.
