About Pat Narduzzi
Pat Narduzzi has developed a reputation as one of the best defensive coaches in college football. His challenge is bringing that mentality to the University of Pittsburgh football program. Narduzzi spent eight seasons building a top unit as the defensive coordinator at Michigan State. The Spartans won two Big 10 titles in that span and finished the year ranked in the FBS top ten in total defense and rushing defense four straight times. For his efforts, Narduzzi won the 2013 Broyles Award as the nation’s best assistant coach. He also spent time as a defensive coordinator at Cincinnati, Miami (OH), and his alma mater Rhode Island. His career started with a graduate assistant job at Miami (OH).
