About Nate Holland
Nate Holland is a professional snowboarder that has been paving the way in his sport for many years, including before it was recognized as an official sport. He began to snowboard at an early age and over time he continued to develop his skill with the board to the point that he began competing professionally in events such as the X Games and the FIS Snowboarding World Championships. Since 2006 Nate has competed in the X Games and taken home two bronze medals and seven gold medals all in the snowboard cross event, of which five were consecutive making him the new world record holder for most medals won in a row in the event. Aside from the X Games, Nate has competed in the Olympics on three occasions with a best result of fourth place, and in the World Championships where he has taken home two bronze medals in 2007 and in 2011.
