About Natalie Nakase
Natalie Nakase has made history as the first coach of the WNBA's Golden State Valkyries. Prior to getting the head coaching job, Nakase was an assistant coach with the Las Vegas Aces, where she won two WNBA titles. She also had experience coaching in men's basketball with the Los Angeles Clippers and their G-League affiliate, Agua Caliente.
Nakase started her coaching career overseas, coaching in a women's league in Germany and men's league in Japan. She was previously a college basketball player at UCLA.
