Mike Soroka Biography

Mike Soroka is one of the top young pitchers in baseball. Soroka was selected to his first All-Star Team in 2019, becoming the youngest Atlanta Braves player ever chosen for the Game. He was also the youngest pitcher in the National League when he made his first start that year. Soroka originally debuted with the Braves in 2018. He had long been seen as a pitcher with promise and was selected to the 2017 All-Star Futures Game. Atlanta initially drafted him in the first round of the 2015 MLB Draft.
