About Meredith Marakovits
Meredith Marakovits is the New York Yankees clubhouse reporter. Prior to her reporting career, Marakovits attended La Salle University on a volleyball scholarship. She got her start in reporting when she served as the pre and post game host and sideline reporter for the Lehigh Valley IronPigs television network and she also worked for Service Electric’s 2 Sports division as a sideline reporter for college football, basketball, indoor football broadcasts. Marakovits then served as a sideline reporter for the Philadelphia 76ers of the NBA on Comcast SportsNet Philadelphia. She made her last broadcast with the 76ers on April 4, 2012. Marakovits covered the Yankees as a reporter for 1050 ESPN Radio in 2010. She now serves as the clubhouse reporter for the Yankees for the Yes Network and has been since 2012. Marakovits reports on the team in pre and post game shows, Yankees game telecasts and the Yankees Batting Practice Today show.
