About Megan Willis
Megan Willis is in her seventh season with the National Pro Fastpitch. Willis attended the University of Texas where she was named a 2x Second-team All-Big 12 selection, 2x Big 12 Defensive Player of the Year, and 2005 All-Big 12 Tournament Team. She also set University and Big 12 records in single season records for putouts and for total chances. The Chicago Bandits selected Willis in the 2nd round of the 2007 NPF Draft. Willis missed the entire 2008 season and in 2009, she joined the Rockford Thunder and helped them to earn their first NPF Championship. The following year, Willis made it to the USSA Florida Pride where she was named to the All-NPF team. In her second year with the Pride, she missed a large portion of the season due to a hand injury. In 2012, Willis was the starting catcher for the Pride and only committed a total of 4 errors.
