About Liam Coen
Liam Coen had a quick rise as one of the top offensive minds in football to his post as head coach of the Jacksonville Jaguars. Coen spent the 2024 season as the offensive coordinator for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He had previous NFL experience in two coaching stints under Sean McVay with the Los Angeles Rams, serving as their OC in 2022.
Coen also spent significant time on the college level, including the 2021 and 2023 seasons as the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at Kentucky. He began his coaching career as quarterbacks coach at Brown in 2010 and also spent time at Rhode Island, his alma mater UMass and Maine.
Coen was a four-year starting quarterback at UMass and set many passing records for the Minutemen. He was elected to their Athletics Hall of Fame in 2022.
