About Leticia Bufoni
Leticia Bufoni was named the No. 1 ranked women’s street skateboarder in the by World Cup Skate in 2010 and has held that title ever since. In 2013 she became the first female athlete ever to win three X Games gold medals in the same year, and was named the Female Skater of the Year for her performance. That year she was also nominated for the best female action sport athlete at the 2013 ESPY Awards. Bufoni grew up in Sao Paulo, Brazil and moved to the United States at age 14 to compete in the X-Games. That year she caught the attention of major sponsors, and after signing several lucrative endorsement deals she remained in the United States to compete professionally. Over the years her performance on the pro circuit and her girl-next-door charm, good looks and fun loving personality have earned her a large fan base and allowed her to expand her endorsement portfolio. Currently Nike SB, TNT Energy Drink, Oakley, Nixon, GoPro, Bones Wheels, and Crail Trucks sponsor her as she continues to dominate on tour and open the eyes of fans around the world with her mind blowing tricks and smooth savvy style on the street.
