About Ketel Marte
Ketel Marte is an All-Star second baseman for the Arizona Diamondbacks. Marte exploded in 2019, hitting .316 with 20 home runs and 51 RBIs over the first half of the season on the way to making his first All-Star Team. He flashed his potential the previous season when he led baseball with 12 triples. Marte was traded to the Diamondbacks in time for the 2017 season and helped them reach the postseason in his first year with the club. He spent his first two big league seasons with the Seattle Mariners after being an international free agent signing in 2010.
