About Ken Whisenhunt
Ken Whisenhunt is one of the more respected coaches in football today.Whisenhunt is best known for his time as the head coach of the Tennessee Titans and Arizona Cardinals. In Whisenhunt’s second year with the Cardinals, they won the NFC West and lost to the Pittsburgh Steelers in Super Bowl XLIII.They followed that up a year later with another division title.Overall, Whisenhunt had four winning seasons in six years in Arizona.Prior to joining the Titans, he also served one year as the offensive coordinator for the San Diego Chargers.Whisenhunt gained a great reputation throughout the NFL as an assistant with the Pittsburgh Steelers, first coaching tight ends and moving up to offensive coordinator. His coaching career began at Vanderbilt before his jump to the pros working for various teams.Whisenhunt spent nine seasons as a blocking tight end in the NFL.He was a two-time All-ACC player at Georgia Tech.
