About Ken Bone
Ken Bone is a coach with over 30 years of experience at various levels of college basketball. Bone is currently an assistant at Montana, but his previous two spots were both head coaching gigs on the Division 1 level. Getting Portland State to March Madness for the first time ever and back-to-back NCAA Tournaments gave him his first major college job at Washington State. While Bone had three winning seasons out of five with the Cougars, the program never quite broke through in the Pac-10. He had tremendous success at his alma mater, Division II Seattle Pacific and compiled a 253-97 record over 12 seasons. Seattle Pacific made eight appearances in the NCAA D-II Tournament on his watch. Bone had several other brief stops as an assistant at the Division II and junior college levels. He also was an assistant at Washington for three years following his Seattle Pacific run. The Seattle native has always had a comfort level living and coaching in the Pacific Northwest.
