Kavita Channe

Kavita Channe graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelors of Science in Journalism & Telecommunications. In 2006 she co-founded a boutique-marketing firm, The Procurer. Channe joined the Mantalk Radio Show as the “Sexy Co-Host.” Despite the title, she became a highly respected voice during the NFL picks segment. During her time on the Mantalk radio show, she began working as a correspondent for the Miami Heat Podcasts and began writing, producing, and directing 1stDownNDirty.1stDownNDirty is an online series that takes viewers behind the scenes in the sports world. Channe also added an NFL picks segment where she impressively picked 59.5% correctly in her first year. Her YouTube channel now receives an average of 20,000 views on her most recent segments. In 2011 Channe became a team correspondent for the Fort Lauderdale Strikers. Channe continues to give weekly NFL picks to The Jason Jackson radio show. In 2012 she became a sideline reporter for the Fox Sport’s Prep Zonecrew as well as a reporter for The Prep Zone Florida Sports Report on SunSports.
