About Justine Dufour-Lapointe
Justine Dufour-Lapointe earned an Olympic gold medal in freestyle skiing moguls at the 2014 Sochi Olympic games. In 2010 the Montreal, Canada native burst onto the scene at age 16, making her debut at the FIS Freestyle Skiing World Cup and winning the moguls event. Three years later she won a bronze medal at the 2013 Voss World Championship in the moguls event, which set her up for Olympic gold in 2014. Since that time she has defended her title as the world’s best freestyle moguls skier, capturing gold at the 2015 Kreischberg World Championships. After winning Olympic gold she returned to Canada a national hero. She has since become a prominent brand ambassador and spokes person for several notable causes. She is currently pursuing her education through distance learning, and says that her education and family is first and foremost in her life.
