John Cena is a frontline star in the WWE.  Cena has 23 overall championships, including a record 12 reigns as World Heavyweight Champion.  He has headlined the card at WrestleMania on five different occasions.  Originally signing a development contract with the organization in 2001, Cena had a rapid rise to the top.  2004 marked his first big year and he took the United States Championship from the Big Show at WrestleMania.  In addition to his time in the ring, he has proved to be a hit at the box office, staring in several different films.  Cena is active in charity efforts, especially with the Make-A-Wish Foundation.  Throughout his career, he has had endorsement deals with companies like Gillette and Subway.  Cena is originally from West Newbury, Massachusetts and played Division III football at Springfield College.
