Jermaine Jones

Jermaine Jones was born in Germany as a military brat, and briefly grew up in the states before returning to Germany with his mother. In 1994 he began his rise to soccer stardom by joining SV Bonames at the age of 13. He’d go on to play for FV Bad Vibel and Eintracht Frankfurt from 1994 to 1999 before turning pro and playing for Eintracht Frankfurt from 1999 to 2004. During that time he also landed a spot on the Germany Under-21 team and made eight appearances from 2001 to 2003. Throughout his pro career he has made appearances with Bayer Leverkusen, Schalke 04, the Blackburn Rovers, Besiktas and the New England Revolution. In 2010 he returned to the United States as a member of the US National Team and has since made 48 appearances and scored three goals. His international career has included appearances in the CONCACAF Gold Cup and FIFA World Cup, where he ha established himself as one of the best international competitors on the world stage.
