About Jeremy Evans
The Utah Jazz selected Jeremy Evans with the 55th overall pick in the second round of the 2010 NBA Draft out of Western Kentucky University. While playing at Western Kentucky he led the Hilltoppers with 10 points per game as a senior and recorded a school record 224 career blocks. At 6’9, 200 pounds he is one of the most dynamic power forwards in the National Basketball Association, with excellent defensive skills down low and the quickness to guard smaller and quicker players on the perimeter. He also sports an uncanny ability to get to the rim and throw down entertaining dunks. In 2012 he competed in the NBA Slam Dunk Contest and took home the crown after several show-stopping slams. Evans played with the Jazz until 2015 and latched on with several other NBA teams before going overseas.
