Jen Hendershott

Jen Henderscott is an elite level fitness competitor from Ashland, Ohio. Throughout her life she has been fascinated with fitness and her passion for a healthy lifestyle has landed her at the top of the fitness world. In 1997 she put her name on the map by winning the NPC Mike Francois World Gym Classic and went on the win the 1999 NPC USA Fitness Championships. Over the next five years she became one of the most prominent fitness athletes in the world, posting top five finishes at the IFBB Fitness International, IFBB New York Pro Show, IFBB Fitness Olympia, and IFBB Fitness International. In 2005 she reached the pinnacle of the fitness world when she captured both the IFBB Fitness Olympia and IFBB Fitness International titles in the same year. Over the next three years she placed in the top three in both events and finished with another tile in the IFBB Fitness Olympia in 2008. Since leaving the sport as a competitor she has developed several popular fitness regimes and launched her own brand called phat camps, which hosts year round sessions that help women get serious about their overall health.
