About Ai Miyazato
Ai Miyazato is a Japanese professional golfer who is currently competing on the LPGA in the United States. At the age of 19, she won a professional event on the LPGA tour of Japan and later proceeded to turn professional. To date, she has won numerous tour tiles on multiple tours including 9 on the US LPGA and 15 in the Japan-based LPGA. Her best results in a major came in 2009 at the Women’s British Open when she tied for third, and her awards include the Order of Merit and the William & Mousie Powell Award in 2011 and 2012 respectively. At just 29 years of age, Miyazoto continues to be competitive in whatever tournament she takes part in and her current mark of 25 professional wins just looks to keep on increasing as the years go by.
