Jeff Garcia

Jeff Garcia is a former NFL, CFL, and UHL quarterback who blessed the leagues with his talent for over 15 years. Garcia grew up in California in the 1970’s and went on to attend San Jose State University to play NCAA Divison I football. He debuted professionally with the Calgary Stampeders of the Canadian Football League in 1994, staying with them for five seasons. Moving on the NFL for over a decade, Garcia played for a handful of teams, including the San Francisco 49ers, Cleveland Browns, Detroit Lions, Philadelphia Eagles, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Oakland Raiders. He then spent a season with the Omaha Nighthawks of the United Football League before returning to the NFL for his last professional season as a Houston Texan. Garcia’s career highlights included a four-time Pro Bowl player and the Most Improved Player of the Year while playing in the NFL. In the Canadian Football League, he was a recipient of several awards as well as the UFL’s Offensive Player of Week in 2010. Post-playing career, Garcia became the quarterback coach for the Montreal Alouettes and also focuses on his charitable work supporting the Hispanic Scholarship Fund. He touches many lives both on and off the field.
