Harrison Burton

The NASCAR racing world recognizes Harrison Burton as an upcoming driver who demonstrates both perseverance and racing experience. Harrison Burton entered this world on October 9, 2000 in Huntersville North Carolina as the son of former NASCAR Cup Series driver and NBC Sports analyst Jeff Burton. The racing heritage of Harrison Burton comes from his father Jeff Burton who is a former NASCAR Cup Series driver and NBC Sports analyst as well as his uncle Ward Burton who won the 2002 Daytona 500 and his cousin Jeb Burton who competes in the Xfinity Series.

The NASCAR Xfinity Series saw Burton return in 2025 when he drove the No. 25 Ford for AM Racing. His first five races resulted in three top-10 finishes which demonstrated his ongoing development and ability to adapt. The previous year he competed full-time in the NASCAR Cup Series with Wood Brothers Racing and achieved his first career Cup Series victory at the Coke Zero Sugar 400 in Daytona which marked the team’s historic 100th win and secured his position in the NASCAR Playoffs.

The NASCAR Xfinity Series saw Burton achieve four wins during the 2020 and 2021 seasons while he received the 2020 Rookie of the Year award. He secured eighth place in the championship standings for two consecutive years while proving himself as a potential future Cup Series champion. He achieved multiple victories in the ARCA Menards Series and the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series while establishing himself as a talented young driver.

Burton grew up in a racing family that provided him with intense early exposure to the sport. Through demanding practice sessions and direct involvement Jeff Burton helped his son Harrison develop both discipline and drive.
