About Chrissy Wallace
Coming from a family who lives for racing cars, Chrissy Wallace didnt have much choice but to follow her father, uncles, and cousins into the racing world as a career. Wallace was around cars her entire life, saying that she could drive before she could walk. She knew from the get go that she was going to be a racecar driver and no one was going to tell her she couldnt, especially just because she was a woman. She broke onto the professional scene in 2007 by becoming the first woman to ever win at Hickory Motor Speedway. Wallace took a shot at NASCAR in 2010, only amounting a 24th place finish at Talladega. She took the trucks in 2011 on the NACSAR Camping World Truck Series, where she once again became the first woman to win an event. This time it was at Lebanon/I-44 Speedway, where 21 years before her father, Mike Wallace had won a championship.
