Greg Searle

Greg Searle won a bronze medal in the men’s eight rowing competition at the 2012 Olympic Games in London. Greg started rowing in 1985 and rowed in high school before being selected to row for the British Junior World Championship team in 1988. For the next two years he led the British junior team to two World Championship gold medals and eventually joined his brother on the Great Britain national rowing team. Together, the Searle brothers became a successful duo on an eight man team and helped bring home gold at the 1992 Olympic Games. Since that time he’s earned two Olympic bronze medals, captured a World Championship in 1993 and earned three silver medals and three bronze medals at the World Championships. Outside of rowing he has served as a management consultant at Lane 4 Management Group, which works with senior executives as a personal coach that develops workshops and facilitates team meetings to prepare for future success.
