About Gary Neal
Gary Neal is a professional shooting guard/ point guard who has played in the NBA and overseas. Neal attended La Salle University where he was named the Atlantic Ten Rookie of the Year. Neal transferred to Towson University where he was given a walk on spot during the 2005-06 season. Neal became the fourth player basketball player in NCAA history to score at least 1,000 points at two different schools. Neal was eligible in the 2007 NBA Draft, but he went undrafted. Neal played for Pinar Karsiyaka, FC Barcelona, Pailacanestro Treviso and Baloncesto Malaga prior to joining the NBA. Neal signed a three-year deal with the San Antonio Spurs on July 22, 2010. Neal signed with the Milwaukee Bucks on July 30, 2013. The Bucks traded Neal to the Charlotte Hornets on February 20, 2014. He has been named NBA All-Rookie First Team, All-Eurocup Second Team and was Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Year while at LaSalle.
