About Donna Richardson
Donna Richardson is one of the most trusted fitness and aerobics instructors in the business, with experience that has seen her serve on the President’s Council on Fitness, Sports & Nutrition. Throughout her career she has worn many hats, serving as a sports commentator at ESPN, author, and aerobics and fitness instructor. Richardson’s impressive resume includes service on the Women’s Sports Foundation Board of Trustees and as an Advisory Board Member for the Boys and Girls Clubs of America. She is certified by the AFAA and ACE as an international fitness expert, and has produced and starred in several fitness videos such as Donna Richardson: Mind, Body & Spirit. In 1992 she served as a co-host on ESPN Fitness Pros Show and also co-starred in several commercials for fitness and nutritional products. She has also traveled the world and lectured in over 40 countries, providing motivational speeches on several national tours including God’s Leading Ladies, Sisters In The Spirit and the Pantene Total You Tour.
