About Dominick Cruz
Dominick Cruz is one of the most feared fighters in the world. An expert in every aspect of mixed martial arts, he has posted a career record of 21-1 since turning pro in 2005. In 2010 he was named fighter of the year, and is a former UFC Bantamweight Champion. On the World Extreme Cagefighting circuit he also captured a Bantamweight Championship and successfully defended his title on two occasions. When the WEC merged with the Ultimate Fighting Championship in 2010 he joined the fold and fit right in. With an orthodox stance and an aggressive blend of wrestling, boxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu styles, the Chula Visa, California native is well respected in fighting circles. As of 2014 he is considered to be a title contender in the UFC and is ranked among the top 15 pound-for-pound fighters in the entire world.
