Didier Drogba

Didier Drogba is one of the greatest players in Chelsea history. Drogba scored more goals that any international player in club history, ranking fourth overall with 104 goals. He was named to Chelsea's All-Decade Team for the 2010s, playing for the club from 2004-2012 and again in 2014. Drogba is adored by fans all around the world for his ability to come up in big moments. During his first year with Chelsea, he helped lead them to their first Premier League title in 50 years. They would win three more Premier League championships with him on the team. Drogba also played a huge role in Chelsea capturing four FA Cups and the 2012 UEFA Champions League title.

Drogba originally began his professional career in the top two divisions of French soccer. He also became a legend over his career for the Ivory Coast, as team captain and his country's all-time leading scorer. Drogba played for the Ivory Coast in three World Cups, including the country's first in 2006. He was named African Footballer of the Year in 2006 and 2009.

After leaving Chelsea, Drogba played for clubs in China and Turkey. He scored the winning goal in the final of the 2013 Turkish Cup before briefly returning to Chelsea in 2014. Drogba ended his career in the United States, with the Montreal Impact in MLS and USL Pro's Phoenix Rising. He scored 23 goals in 41 matches for Montreal and was a player-owner for Phoenix.
