About Craig Patrick
Craig Patrick has an extensive history with the sport of hockey as a former player, coach and general manager. He was born in 1946 in Detroit, Missouri to former professional hockey player Lynn Patrick and as a grandson to former professional hockey player Lester Patrick. With talent in his blood, Patrick pursued a playing career in hockey at a very young age and transferred to Quebec at the age of fourteen to play for a prestigious junior hockey league. He won an NCAA Championship playing for the University of Denver during his college years and also competed for the U.S. National team while serving for the U.S. Army. As if that is not honorable enough, Patrick went on to dedicate time to a handful of teams, including the California Golden Seals, St. Louis Blues, Kansas City Scouts, Minnesota Fighting Saints, and Washington Capitals. He served many years as a player, assistant coach to gold-medal winning teams, general manager, and inspirational human being all-around. Patrick even starred in an award winning Disney Channel movie, Miracle.
