About Collin McHugh
Collin McHugh is a starting pitcher for the Houston Astros. He was originally selected in the 18th round of the 2008 MLB Draft by the New York Mets. He made his major league debut for the Mets in 2012 before being traded to the Colorado Rockies in 2013. McHugh became a full-time starting pitcher with the Astros in 2014. He won 11 games that year and led the team with a 2.73 ERA. The following season, McHugh was second in the American League with 19 wins. While McHugh was injured early in the 2017 season, he returned late in the year and helped the Astros win the World Series.
