About Chris Lytle
Chris Lytle is a former mixed martial artist who began his pro career in 1999. He fought in prominent organizations like Pancrase and WEC in addition to his time in the UFC. From 2002-05, Lytle also spent time as a professional boxer and compiled a 13-1-1- record. Lytle got more exposure when he made it to the finals of the reality show The Ultimate Fighter 4: The Comeback. He spent the rest of his career in the UFC and won Fight of the Night honors on six occasions. Lytle fought prominent names like Nick Diaz, Robbie Lawler, Matt Serra and Matt Hughes. He ended his career in 2011 by defeating Dan Hardy by third round submission. Lytle won Fight of the Night and Submission of the Night that evening. The victory ran his all-time record to 31-18-5. In retirement, Lytle has done television work for Fox Sports 1 and City 360 TV in his hometown of Indianapolis, Indiana.
