Chris Duhon

Chris Duhon was a highly touted recruit coming out of high school, being named Louisiana’s Mr. Basketball and a McDonald’s High School All-American where he won the 3-Point Contest. Duhon chose to attend Duke University where he saw significant minutes as a freshman in a back-up role to PG Jason Williams. In his sophomore season, Williams moved to SG which gave Duhon the starting PG role which he took advantage of and led the Blue Devils to the first of three consecutive ACC Titles as well as the NCAA Championship. Duhon played all four years at Duke, finishing with a school record 300 steals and graduated as the only ACC player to finish with at least 1,200 points, 800 assists, 300 rebounds, and 125 three pointers. Duhon went on to play 9 seasons in the NBA for 4 different teams, accumulating 2690 career assists, including a Knick’s franchise record 22 assists in one game.
