About Chris Cole
At the age of 18, Chris Cole began a professional skateboard career that has developed into one of the more dominant careers in history of the sport. Cole first gabbed national recognition when he came out and landed some of the sports most difficult tricks including a 360 flip down a staircase and a backside 360 kickflip. Coles first podium at the XGames came in 2005 when he took home a bronze but that was quickly followed up with back-to-back gold medals in 2006 and 2007, winning 1 in 2006 for Street and 2 in 2007 for Street and Street Best Trick. Cole added two more XGames gold medals in 2013 one in New Jersey and another in the Euro XGames in Munich. Coles sponsors include DC Shoes and Monster Energy and he rode for team Zero until 2014 after 13 years with the team. Cole became just the second player to be named Thrasher Magazines Skater of the Year twice (2005 & 2009).
