About Bryce Harper
Bryce Harper was the No. 1 overall pick in the 2010 MLB Draft and has since made a meteoric rise to stardom. After just two years in the minor leagues Harper made his major league debut in 2012 at the tender age of 19, and was named the 2012 National League Rookie of the Year and is already a two-time NL All-Star. Harper first gained national acclaim during his days at Las Vegas High School where he blasted several 500-foot homeruns and became the top baseball prospect in the country as only a sophomore. After his junior season he earned his GED and enrolled at the College of Southern Nevada. At the age of 16 he stepped into the box with college players and launched 31 homeruns while hitting .443 and earned the Golden Spikes Award, given to the top amateur player in the country. Thus far in his young career he has blasted 48 homeruns in his first three seasons and become one of the top all-around players in Major League Baseball.
