Brad Miller

Brad Miller joined the Charlotte Hornets in 1998 as a free agent after briefly playing abroad in Italy. Prior to heading overseas he starred at Purdue University where he helped the Boilermakers to a 28-8 overall record while averaging 17.2 points and 8.8 rebounds per game as a senior. During his time at Purdue he became the first player in school history to record 1,500 points, 800 rebounds and 250 assists. Upon joining the Charlotte Hornets in 1998 he became a reliable inside player, averaging over seven points per game during his first two seasons. From 2000 to 2012 he saw time with the Chicago Bulls, Indiana Pacers, Sacramento Kings, Houston Rockets and Minnesota Timberwolves and posted a career average of 11.2 points per game with two All-Star selections. His best season came in 2003-04 with the Kings when he averaged a double-double with 14.1 points and 10.3 rebounds per game, however he’d go on to average over 15 points per game from 2004 to 2006.
