About Boris Said
Boris Said was born in New York and grew up in sunny Carlsbad, California. Said was exposed to racing as a youngster, as his father was a former Formula One driver and Olympic bobsled driver who competed in both the 1968 and 1972 Olympic Games. Said made his NASCAR debut in 1995 in the Craftsman Truck Series at Sears Point International Raceway, driving the No. 4 Ford F-150 for Irvan-Simo Racing. Due to his extensive road racing experience he began his career as a Road Course Ringer, and went on to become a popular driver in NASCAR. Said currently drives the No. 60 SoBe No Fear Energy Drink Ford Fusion, and has begun to transition as a co-owner for SoBe No Fear team alongside several other partners and teammates. Said is a trusted driver on tour both on and off the track, and is one link on a long racing legacy that stems back many years. He represents that family chain with pride and has gone about earning the respect of fans, teammates and other race teams the right way over the course of his decorated career.
