About Bob Myers
Bob Myers guided the front office of the Golden State Warriors from 2012-2023 and built one of the great teams in NBA history. Myers is credited with constructing the Warriors super team that won NBA championships in 2015, 2017, 2018, and 2022. He also presided over a team that won a league-record 73 regular season games in the 2015-16 season. In 2015 and 2017, Myers was named NBA Executive of the Year. He originally joined the organization as assistant general manager in 2011 and was promoted to the general manager position a year later. He had a unique background in basketball prior to becoming an executive. Myers spent 14 years as an agent, the last five with Wasserman Media Group. He also worked for Tellem and Associates, which later became SFX Sports. Myers was a reserve player in college at UCLA, but earned a national championship ring as a member of the Bruins in 1995.
