About Bill Rhoden
Bill Rhoden is a well-known sports writer for The New York Times. Rhoden has long been interested about sports and writing. That passion led to sports writing, and Bill has been writing about sports for The New York Times since the beginning of 1983. Prior to taking the position with The Times, he was a copy editor in the Sunday Week in Review for several years, and prior to that Bill was a part of several other publications in his career from the mid 70s to the early 80s. Bill got his initial start and got experience in writing when he was in college at Morgan State University in Baltimore. While he was there he was the assistant sports information director. Bill is known best in the public eye for his work with the ESPN television network where he has made numerous appearances on the sports network program, The Sports Reporters.
