Beth Tweddle

Beth Tweddle is a British gymnastics legend. Since taking up the sport at the age of seven she has been one of the most decorated gymnasts in recent history, having won a bronze medal at the 2012 London Olympic Games, three World Championships in 2006, 2009 and 2010 to go along with two bronze medals at the 2003 and 2005 World Championships, and six European Championship gold medals to go along with four silvers and a bronze. She has also earned three gold medals and two bronze medals at the Summer Universiade, gold and silver medals at the World Cup final and a gold and two silvers at the 2002 Commonwealth Games. Due to her accomplishments in gymnastics she has become a hero in her home country of Great Britain and has become a sought after and respected brand ambassador for several successful worldwide companies. Outside the sports world she is a dedicated student, earning her degree in sports science and continuing her studies in Physiotherapy at the University of Liverpool in 2012.
