About Annie Thorisdottir
Annie Thorisdottir is one of the most successful female CrossFit athletes of all-time. Her uncanny strength has earned her the nickname “Thor’s Daughter”. Thorisdottir is the only woman to win the CrossFit Games twice, a feat she accomplished back-to-back in 2011 and 2012. She is also has two runner-up showings from 2010 and 2014. Her training regimen is rigorous and consists of four-hour sessions six times a week. In her native Reykjavik, Iceland she is the co-owner and a coach of CrossFit Reykjavik. Thorisdottir is a Reebok athlete and has several other corporate partnerships. Growing up, she competed in gymnastics, ballet dancing, and pole vaulting.
