About Anita Nall Richesson
Anita Nall Richesson is an American swimmer who burst onto the scene as a 16 year old at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona. Nall Richesson won the gold as a member of the 4x100 meter relay team, a silver in the 100 meter breaststroke, and a bronze in the 200 meter breaststroke. She had set the world record in the 200 m breaststroke in the lead-up to the Games at the Olympic Trials. Due to several health challenges, Nall Richesson would not qualify for another Olympics and retired from swimming in 2000. She trained at North Baltimore Aquatic Club where a teenage Michael Phelps would eventually also hone his skills several years later. Nall Richesson graduated from Arizona State. Her husband, Luke is the Denver Broncos’ strength and conditioning coach and was named the NFL’s 2013 Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Year. Nall Richesson is a holistic nutritionist
