Alissa Katelina Pili was born on June 8, 2001, in Anchorage, Alaska. She is a dynamic forward for the Minnesota Lynx and an emerging star in the WNBA. She stands at 5-foot-11 and has a powerful athletic build that made her stand out from a young age.

She was excellent at Dimond High School, winning the Alaska Gatorade Player of the Year three times, setting the state scoring record (2,614 points), and winning 13 state championships in basketball, volleyball, track & field (shot put, discus), and wrestling.
